A father's unconditional love for his daughter who was born with cerebral palsy & epilepsy.

Brad also went through a divorce during THE MOST challenging period in his career.

To say that Brad Serot has a lot on his plate is an understatement. He's not just one of the best brokers in Chicago... because he's one of THE best in the world at what he does.

Last night was about Brad the human, the business man, the father, the things that happened in his life (the good/bad/ugly), and how he reacted to it. It was about the different things that life throws at you and how you deal with it mentally, emotionally, physically, financially.

Everything that's said in these conversations stays in those rooms, because it's a safe space to share stories that connects us at the human level. I can tell you that Brad talking in detail about the struggles and what he did to overcome them is the definition of "inspirational."

Brad decided to raise money for Easterseals, The Epilepsy Foundation, and The CP Foundation by doing one of the toughest bike rides with his friends (in Colorado). His goal was to raise $25k in 2021...he ended up raising well over $300K that year! He and his team have raised over $1.5 Million over the last 3 years for those organizations that do incredible good for families that need the support.

I'm so grateful to Kelly Moreland for also sharing her personal story. Kelly's twin sister was born with Cerebral Palsy and her mission in life has been to help other families who have children with CP, but don't have the means. That's why she dedicates her entire professional life to @eastersealsdfvr. Her authenticity and passion for what she does was easily seen during our discussion.
