What is Orion3 and what is OrionCore?I met Benny during the pandemic and felt an instant connection to his authenticity and his purpose. It wassuch a strange time for so many people. Having the opportunity to establish genuine relationships withgenuine people while navigating some unprecedented times was such a blessing.It just felt DIFFERENT but in a very positive way.Its not a networking group, its not a matchmaking service, its not stuffy, its not judgmental, its a bringyourself from wherever you are and good things will happen. The idea of conscious serendipity resonatedwith me and I truly feel that Benny and the people he has cultivated, just make things happen. It is uncannythe amount of serendipitous connections that seem to take place when these groups of people get together!It's a place where you can be yourself, learn from others, help others, and just embrace the positive energy.I have been inspired by Benny's purpose and courage to go all in for something he really believes in and toraise awareness in so many areas that people were uncomfortable talking about. The vulnerability andopenness to share personal experiences and opinions has been awesome. I truly feel like I am in a betterplace in my life because of the connections and conversations I have made within OrionCore.I can honestly say I have never walked away from an Orion event not feeling like I took something awayfrom it and its why I have made the commitment and not looked back.When Benny said he was starting OrionCore I told him, I have no idea what this is going to be, but I am in! Ihave zero regrets and look forward to what 2023 has in store.

I've always been of the mindset that your network is your" net worth." But it is the authentic connection of your network that have the core ability to shape your professional and personal being I met Benny Mathew right as covid hit and the world shut down. As an extrovert with a demanding client facing career, networking and interacting with potential prospects defined my success. The traditional "networking" felt daunting and I was forced to find creative ways to expand on my network. After meeting Benny briefly in a zoom, we were both on a level that cut through the small talk and sparked a genuine friendship.  It was instantly apparent that Benny has a natural ability to see the pure energy and pure intentions of people. At the top of his game with a dynamic network of any Chicago top professional.
Benny was building an empire. As I navigated countless zoom calls and zoom fatigue started to take a toll during the peak lockdown moment, I started to become more intentional with how my time was being spent and with whom. I naturally gravitated to the next level conversations and natural connections expanding through Benny's
zoom calls. The traditional networking" was every bit about finding the commonalities that go far beyond the surface.
I watched Benny as he took a leap of faith to follow that gift of cultivating a dynamic community of real conversations with real professionals who all have that "spark". As my father would always say, "show me who you're with and I'll tell you who you are." The Orion3 Community is every bit a reflection of who I am and who I aspire to be. It's a community of next level
leaders that share the same energy and curiosity for the world. Since day one, I felt an instant desire to take part in what Benny is building and it has since shaped and defined who I'm becoming in both my personal and professional life. After being part of Orion3 the game has changed

To say that Benny and Orion3 have had an impact on me would be one of the most significant understatements I could imagine. I truly believe that Benny's whole concept of "conscious serendipity" has helped shape both my professional and personal lives. I was introduced to Benny as a great "connector of people". At the time to me, that meant that he was good at networking.
Benny has helped me to recognize that the networking concept is highly
transactional........connecting with individuals with intended outcomes. Conscious serendipity is connecting people who deserve to be connected, and letting authentic relationships (and all of the benefits that come from authentic, trusted relationships) develop from there. My most trusted relationships in my professional space have developed directly as a result of Benny and Orion3.
Beyond being a connector of people and facilitating meaningful relationships, Benny is a tremendous thought leader and thought provoker. He has helped lead conversations on difficult and challenging topics and does it in a manner that helps drive positive change. I am beyond grateful for the relationships and opportunities that have developed as a result of Orion3 and beyond proud to consider Benny a friend. Cheers to many more Orion3 years together!

Orion3 and Benny have flipped the script when it comes to
connecting with a professional community.
It's no longer the old adage of net 'working' with Orion3 but rather
learning, growth, fun, community and curating deep professional
relationships.
The most powerful part of Orion3 (for me) are the topics Benny brings
to light that many of us might find challenging to face and/or discuss
in a public setting. Benny creates a safe, honest, growth focused space
for us all to learn and evolve together. I am ridiculously grateful and honored to be part of a game changing experience and group of professionals.

Benny is different and so is Orion3.
Different in a good way, different in a way that I've never seen before.
The people that Benny choses to surround himself with and dedicate Orion3 too are those that you want to be around and connect with. There is a level of understanding that being a part of Orion3 is a privilege and that you should put in the same amount that you take out.
It's the most unique group of like-minded professionals that I've ever been a part of. I trust Benny and I trust Orion3, so much so that I decided to be part of OrionCore. The topics and events that flow month to month are great, they're can't miss. I'm lucky to be a part of it all!

Jenny and I have really enjoyed getting to know the Orion 3 community over this past year. Benny's focus on authentic connections and human interactions aligns well with our purpose, our people and our partners.
