There was so much that came out of this conversation last night at RPM Italian


This Jeffersonian Dinner #7 was a group of Orion3 Associate Members who got to understand each other by having a real conversation about who they were... to who they are now.

"What would your Past self think of your Present self?"

When we were young we have aspirations, ideologies, fears, ambitions, and beliefs on who we should be.

Then life happens and we get to experience the things that life throws at us as we create the life that we want.

Having a safe space to talk about those experiences, without fear of judgment, is what these Jeffersonian Dinners are about.

There are way more things that unite us than divide.

When people are able to share their experiences and perspectives in a safe space, there's an energy that's created and THAT is what I love!

Kathryn Golaszewski, Natalie Holden, Sean Peters, Jared Gibson, James Hornick - I really appreciate you guys being there, for being open, vulnerable and curious. I'm very grateful to have all of you as Orion3 family members ✨👊🏾
