Beatnik On the River is one of my favorites in the summer


It's not summer yet, but last night the 13th Jeffersonian Dinner of 2025, and it was at this beautiful restaurant on the river.

Five people spent four hours understanding each other's stories and perspectives. Our goals, our why, our paths in life are more intertwined than we think.

Leadership, and life in general, can feel lonely at crucial times. Knowing you're not alone, having a space where you can be your authentic self, and get support from others is the cure to that feeling of loneliness.

Orion3 is that space where you can have those intimate conversations, with people who actually give a damn (even if you never met them before).

I'm very grateful for these Core Members who came down last night. Thank YOU Diana LeFevre, Amanda Buch, SPHR, Russ Badamo, and Dan Kardatzke 🙏🏾
