What is an Orion3 Jeffersonian Dinner?

It's an experience that breaks down walls, seeing into the hearts of the people at the table, and learning empathy through meaningful and authentic conversations.

* I select a small, curated group of Orion3 Members (5 - 8 people) seated together for a shared meal at some of THE best restaurants in Chicago.

* There is an extremely high level of trust and this is by far the most important variable needed for this to work.

* It's a meaningful conversation focused on one or two questions designed to create a thought provoking and open discussion. There is no right or wrong answers to the questions I ask.

* There's only one conversation at a time. Unlike traditional dinners with multiple side chats, everyone participates in a single, inclusive conversation.

* I make sure the conversation flows naturally and everyone gets to ask questions or comment after each person answers the question

* NO Phones! Phones turned off or on Silent: It's very important that everyone is present in the moment and avoid any distractions.

There will be 3 - 5 of these a month this year and these are my personal favorite, out of any type of gathering.
