Why is the ability to build great relationships important in the CFO role?

Part 3 of "The Art of Connection" Discussion Series featured two more OrionCore Members, sharing their perspectives, real experiences, and advice on building effective and authentic relationships.

Last night, Kavita Suthar and Craig Levy shared their perspectives and their stories of the relationships that have impacted their careers the most.

They gave specific examples of the most important relationships which made the biggest impact and why. They talked about the importance of adding value, following up, giving without expecting anything in return, and how having the right people in your circle increases confidence.

I'm extremely grateful to have both of them as OrionCore Members in the Orion3 family and last night the people in the audience got to hear and see why I love Kavita and Craig.

- Craig bringing his son to this event and meeting him was great! One of the things I respect the most about Craig is how he is as a father. I call this the "Orion3 Family" for a reason.
