Self Awareness is THE most important thing to me

In order to be the best version of yourself, you have to know YOURSELF

There is no "finish line" to self awareness, we can only continue to understand ourselves more and more as we move forward in time.

Last night was a thought provoking and genuine conversation about Self Awareness, especially as it relates to Leadership in both our Professional AND Personal Lives. Anything that was said in the room stays in the room because it's always a safe space where you can be the real you.

The two questions that that everyone answered:

- How has your understanding of yourself improved your ability to empathize with others, especially during challenging times?

- How does, both, Fear and Love affect your decisions?
