A LIVE video Podcast in front of a group of amazing Orion3 Members and friends in the Orion3 Community. I'm so grateful to my brother and Orion3 Corporate Member, Nick Stark, for the incredible level of vulnerability and humility he showed last night.

Normally I never talk about the details of what's said in these discussions, but this will be posted on the podcast so everyone will get to hear it.

This was therapeutic for both Nick and I. We laughed, we cried, as we talked about our lives

Nick has struggled with ADHD and dyslexia since he was a child. He shared his very personal story of how he dealt with it throughout his entire life and how it affects him till now. When we look or talk to someone, we never truly understand what they're going through.

For the first time, I opened up about the impact of shame and guilt that played a major role after coming back to life after the accident. "I can't sleep" is something I've said A LOT of times, since the brain injury from the accident. I still can't sleep and no doctor nor any specialists have been able to figure out the root cause. The most vulnerable thing I shared is that I used to be ashamed to talk about my problems with Drugs and Alcohol.

How do ADHD, Dyslexia, Suicide, Tony Soprano, The Presidental Election, Anxiety, Ambien, Starving Children in India, Therapy, Depression, drugs, Marriage, Social Media, God, and Death all come together in a 60 minute conversation?
