How do nine wonderful humans, who don't know each other, share some of the deepest aspects of their existence to one another?

The Energy in that room is "what" Orion3 is. Everything went as it was supposed to, including last minute accidental changes that led to unexpected outcomes; Serendipity.

The weather was horrible and because of that I changed the location to my friend, Kevin Kaye 's, Castle in the Sky (Tribune Tower). Originally I thought Elena couldn't make it, so she didn't get the update and drove to the original location, The Old Post Office.

But she was kind enough to get back in her car, and drive in horrible rush hour and meet us (I really wanted her there for this). I asked Samir an hour before to join and he was able to make it work and be there.

If those 3 things didn't happen last minute, this may have turned out slightly different, but last night ended up being perfect.

This is the 11th "Orion3 Real Talks" that I put together in the last 6 months. These are, by far, my favorite part of what I do.

The most important reason for these small group "Real Talks" is the most important thing in life: Self Awareness

Everyone answered two questions last night for this discussion and they were around
1.) Empathy
2.) Fear vs #Love

These conversations are another reason why the baseline for being a member of Orion3 is that I HAVE TO Like You and Respect You.

There is an agreement of #trust that ensures that everything that is said in that room, stays in that room. (BTW, This room is one of the most elegant rooms in the city 😀 )
